Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. Her first appearance was in soaps, such as One Life to Live and Guiding Light. In later times, she appeared in a number of roles in support roles. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx New York) is an American actress and singer. Navedo's career in acting started with soap operas. She starred in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. In 1999, she was part of the cast of the CBS soap show Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she appeared in a very small part in Girl 6 and then went onto appear in New York Undercover. Navedo was first seen in a film in the film Girl 6 (1996), then starred in the episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo played a role in the NBC crime drama Law & Order for a frequent role as Detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages came out in the same vein, along with Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in movies like El Cantante, Remember Me among others. Navedo has also played regular characters in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast!, a comedy film that she played. The Fast and the Furious Parody, which debuted in the year 2015 is a parody of the film Series. Navedo began her acting career on soap operas that aired in the daytime.
